Equipped with a reflection sealed microfocus X-ray source with a microfocus size of 5~15μm and an adjustable magnification of up to 200x, it greatly improves imaging clarity and can capture the subtle internal structure of batteries with high precision. Adopting an amorphous silicon flat panel detector (optional) with a 1536×1536 high-pixel matrix for imaging, the detection accuracy reaches 5-15μm, enabling easy identification of potential defects in core components such as pole pieces and tabs.

Multifunctional Measurement & Efficient Inspection

Supports multi-dimensional measurements such as linear distance, circle diameter, concentric circle, and distance from point to center of circle, realizing 2.5D detection function and effective analysis of internal defects of wound batteries. Equipped with CNC function, it features convenient and efficient operation and a high degree of automation in the detection process, effectively improving detection efficiency and reducing manual operation errors.

Flexible Compatibility & Strong Expandability

Compatible with 2/4-angle detection modes to adapt to the testing needs of wound batteries of different specifications. It can be expanded with customized detection functions such as pole piece wrinkling and tab folding, and can be upgraded individually according to customers' production processes and testing standards, meeting the diversified and refined testing requirements of the lithium battery industry.

Safety Compliance & Stable Operation

Complies with international radiation safety standards (≤1μSV/hr), the equipment has extremely low radiation during operation, ensuring the personal safety of operators. Adopting an industrial computer with WIN10 (64-bit) control system, it features stable operation and user-friendly operation.
