BRUNIMIND NG PCB Inspection Buffer is an intelligent automated SMT equipment engineered for the critical inspection and testing stages of PCB production lines. Specialized in separating rejected (NG – No Good) and qualified (OK) PCBs, it provides reliable temporary buffering and precise sorting, ensuring unobstructed and efficient flow of the entire SMT production line.
Installed directly after AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) or SPI equipment, this buffer automatically receives quality detection signals and routes PCBs to the corresponding output paths: OK PCBs continue to subsequent production processes, while NG PCBs are buffered for manual inspection and rework. With fully automated operation and SMEMA-compatible interfaces, it eliminates the need for manual PCB sorting, reduces human error, and strengthens overall quality control for electronic manufacturing.
