Hungary: First Step in Technical Breakthrough for LED Production

David’s first stop on his Central & Eastern European support tour was Hungary, where he served an enterprise specializing in the production of rigid LED strip lights. After evaluating multiple brands, the customer chose BRUNIMIND, drawn to its unique equipment combination: a vacuum feeder, PCB loader, and vertical buffer for the PCB unloader. According to David, the communication and collaboration between the company’s management and engineering team were seamless. Working together for seven days, they successfully integrated the equipment with BRUNIMIND’s highly flexible SMT production line, ensuring stable and efficient operation.

Serbia: Full-Process Delivery and Implementation for Access Control System Production Line

David’s final destination was Serbia, where the partner customer focused on the R&D and production of various access control systems. The enterprise had fully adopted BRUNIMIND’s SMT production line, with a product range covering office building access control systems and card-based access systems. David provided comprehensive technical training to the customer’s team, covering the operation specifications, process key points, and daily maintenance techniques of core equipment including PCB stackers, SMT solder paste printers, mounters, and reflow ovens. Under his professional guidance, the customer’s team achieved independent mass production in just seven days, eliminating the need to outsource production to EMS companies and successfully realizing production autonomy.

David’s technical support journey in Central and Eastern Europe not only fully demonstrated his outstanding professional technical expertise but also highlighted BRUNIMIND’s strong overseas technical service capabilities and its philosophy of win-win cooperation with global customers. This experience reaffirms BRUNIMIND’s commitment to providing high-quality equipment and exceptional technical support to customers worldwide, empowering them to master core manufacturing processes and achieve dual improvements in production efficiency and product quality.
